MB GLASS Ltd installed Reynaers CW50 and CW50SC curtain walling to this new retail development in Oakham, Leicestershire. The two main elements of the façede consisted of traditional stick build curtain walling, with the focal point of the building being the fully faceted structural clamped curtain wall glazed with a dark high performance solar control glass. The supermarket has ecologically friendly features, such as natural ventilator to the sales floor, maximum use of natural daylight and a green roof to encourage ‘greener’ groceries. This project also featured in Reynaers monthly report magazine for architects and investors.

MB GLASS Ltd installed Universal Aluminium MU800 series curtain walling to this manufacturing facility. The corner curtain wall gives a striking apperance with curved roof feature and body tinted glass. To complement the project MB Glass also installed two curved glass canopies complete with stainless steel fixings.

This Building gives a striking appearance with glass to glass corners, concealed vents and frit patterned glazing. This was intricate project which MB Glass successfully completed to our usual high standard.

MB Glass Ltd installed Universal MU800 curtain walling throughout this project with special features such as raked/sloped façades with safety and multi-coloured films applied to the internal face of the glazing.

MB Glass installed two 80 metre runs of faceted high level curtain walling creating an impressive curved effect on this purpose made building which is home to the British Cycling & BMX teams.

MB Glass also installed a 90 metre run of windows and various façades with horizontal and vertical solar shading fixed into both the building structure and our curtain walling.

MB Glass Ltd sucessfully completed this major refurbishment project by replacing the existing steel façedes with Comar 6 curtain walling and Comar 5Pi thermally broken windows. MB Glass Ltd also installed an extensive amount of Duco solar shading on the project, by way of specially fabricated brackets fixed within the curtain walling.

MB Glass Ltd installed a range of Reynaers aluminium thermally broken systems to this major city centre building refurbishment. CS38SL windows were used for their slimline appearence to help re-create the traditional look of the building and CW50 was used to a large area of rooflights. CW50 SC (structurally clamped curtain walling) was installed as an alternative to a standard capped curtain wall system to provide the distinctive look.

MB Glass Ltd installed Sapa Dual Frame 55 polyamide thermally broken casement windows together with Universal architectural aluminium MU800 series thermally insulated curtain walling screens on this 8 building multi unit development at Sherwood Park Industrial Estate. MB Glass Ltd also installed structural glass canopies above all entrance areas using the SFS intec VDS system and in house designed bespoke stainless steel brackets to add a contemporary edge.

This project was carried out in two phases.

Phase 1 incorporated the removal of the existing timber windows to the college, replaced with SAPA dualframe top hung casement windows. Phase 2 was a new build where MB Glass installed Reynaers CW50 and CW50 SC facades with concealed structurally bonded vents, operated by actuators wired to the BMS. Reynaers CS 68 windows were also installed to the classroom areas.

UPW windows were installed to the office areas. Solar shading was fitted to various elevations giving a modern look to the building whilst maintaining solar control.

MB Glass Ltd installed Reynaers CW50 and CW50 SC curtain walling, with the striking feature of the lobby incorporating a fully silicone sealed façade and roof.
Sliding folding doors were also installed on the project, along with CS68 windows. Fitting curved windows to the staircase areas provide a distinctive look.
